Cancellations & Returns 

We work very hard to provide you with the highest quality products at the lowest possible price.  
However, if for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, please see the following guidelines on how to proceed. 

Cancelling your order 

Orders can be cancelled with a full refund if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing your order and your goods have not been delivered. After 24 
hours, the cancellation fee is 20% of the order value. If you choose to cancel your order, you can call us on our direct line 0333 987 4699, or drop us line to

If for any reason you change your mind after you have received your order, we understand that sometimes our customers may have a change of heart, hence we have a return policy in place where our customers can return the item within 14 days from receipt day. The customer is responsible for organizing the delivery to our depot, however we might be able to offer a collection service depending on the location and any changes incurred will be passed on to the customer. Mattresses cannot be returned once packaging has been opened (unless confirmed defective or mis-described) due to hygiene reasons. 

Shortages & damaged products 

Upon delivery it's your responsibility to check your products and report any damages or defects to our sales team. No liability will be accepted for any visible damage that has not been reported within 24 hours of your items being delivered. Please remove any furniture packaging and inspect your furniture thoroughly upon delivery and report any damage or defects to the delivery team and our office via phone or Email within 24 hours of delivery. Our after sales team will then arrange to inspect your furniture and if found defective or damaged we will attempt to restore the product or offer a replacement as soon as reasonably possible. No collection fee will apply to any goods returned due to defects or damage. The company can not assemble or dismantle good without charge. 

2 Year Warranty 

All furniture items ordered from us include a 2 year warranty. This covers you in the situation where our furniture becomes defective due to faulty workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage by pets/children/misuse and doesn't cover you for colour change due to sunlight exposure, stains or any other external damage. 

Refunds 

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.The customer will have to pay for shipping when returning the unwanted items 

The Order   The quantity and description of the goods you have ordered are set out in your customer order.Please check these detail are correct it is this order that forms our contract with you.If you are uncertain about the order detail please contact us in writing for clarification.Note that photographs on our website are illustration and may not be an exact match.They do not form part of the contract.
